The Sea House, is an impressive grand villa that sits majestically overlooking the ocean in the heart of Mamora Bay.
Recently described as ‘a paradise within paradise’ the Sea House is idyllic, in a stunning location and offers breath taking views.
Located at the oceans edge with direct access to its own small private beach and dock, the house provides large open planned living areas coupled with sumptuous and comfortable accommodation sleeping up to 15 of you and your guests.
Offering six bedrooms set over three floors the accommodation is very generous and flexible and is easily suited to any group. We also have a cot available should you require this.
The Sea house is located a short drive to all amenities, restaurants and attractions such as English and Falmouth Harbour, historic Nelsons Dockyard and numerous beautiful beaches. The Sea House is also situated to enjoy all of the yachting events Antigua has to offer.
The house is also perfect for wedding ceremonies and receptions and provides a most beautiful backdrop for those all-important wedding photographs. Please enquire for further details.
As the Sea House is directly next to the ocean it remains at all times, light, airy, breezy and cool.
Mosquito/Fly screens are fitted to all patio doors. Hurricane shutters are fitted to all doors and windows. Housekeeping once a week is included plus gardener, pool maintenance and our house manager on call. We have lots of DVD's and books for your enjoyment plus a wifi enabled TV for access to Netflix. Wifi is also included.
Our accommodation at the sea house comprises:
Top-Floor
This floor comprises of two airy double bedrooms with luxury en-suite bathrooms, one of these has an additional single bedroom. Both bedrooms enjoy their own balconies with gorgeous sea views.
Large open plan living spaces are light and voluminous with a beautiful dining area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with ocean view balcony, and an outdoor terrace. There is also an additional cloak room on this floor.
For larger groups there is a separate quiet area with a sofa bed that can accommodate a further two people if needed.
Pool Floor
The middle floor has two spacious double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) with en-suite bathrooms plus another separate cloakroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area and this floor has direct access out to the wonderful swimming pool.
Sea Floor
The ground floor is at sea level and is a separate apartment providing one en-suite double bedroom, living room (which has a single bed) and kitchen. This apartment is ideal for independent group members, teenagers or staff. This apartment benefits being right next to the private beach.
Set in an acre of lovely landscaped gardens with palm and coconut trees directly overlooking the ocean the Sea House boasts a truly unique picturesque location.
Watch the humming birds in the garden or the Egrets diving into the sea, gaze out into the ocean and you cannot fail to unwind!
